Cancellation policy

Only in person appointments and they are held in Chelmsford, Essex.  This service is for women only.

For C-section Scar Massage:

- you can come once your scar has fully healed, which is normally around 6-8 weeks.

- please note you cannot have a C-section Scar Massage during your pregnancy.

Please read the following before booking you appointment:

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, any cancellations made after this time will be subject to the full appointment fee. The same applies if you do not turn up or are late for your appointment.

  • If you are late for your appointment, the treatment will still end at the planned time, treatments cannot be extended or altered due to lateness.

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances. However, in the same way I respect you and your time I ask you to please respect me and my time.

  • After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the full address and detailed instructions on how to find us. It is your responsibility to read the email and plan your time and route.
